Volunteer and Foster Home Application

Home > Online Volunteer Application

Russell Rescue, Inc. is an all-volunteer organization dedicated to placing unwanted or abandoned Jack Russell Terriers. We have coordinators throughout the United States that arrange for emergency rescues and gather information designed to match appropriate dogs in suitable permanent and temporary homes. Volunteers are needed for everything from transporting dogs to screening adoption applicants over the phone and Internet. Our greatest need is for foster homes.

If you are willing and able to open your home to a Jack Russell until the best home is found, please let us know, in detail, your situation. Please be as thorough as possible in answering the questions below, and be realistic as to how much time you are able to devote to volunteering. This information sheet is strictly to determine how much we can intrude on your life! Please be brutally honest, because we do not want to ask you to do something you are not comfortable with.

Jenn Carr is the volunteer coordinator and can be reached at Jrthns@aol.com.

Please complete sections 1 - 7 if you would like to volunteer to help with Russell Rescue, Inc.
Please complete sections 1 - 9 if you would like to apply as a Foster Home.
