Say hello to Jackson. His owner passed away and he needs a new happy life. He’s a little quiet right now and is settling into his foster home. He seems to get along ok with other dogs and he is house trained and also is a good eater. He’s got a vet visit in about a week. Jackson is in foster care in Toledo, Ohio. Stay tuned for updates!
Penny is a young girl who lost her way. So far we know that she loves everyone and is easy going. All she wants is a playmate. We think she is a little under a year old. Say hello to this cute little thing! He had a great home, but his owner is now ill and can no longer care for him. His name is Spud. So far, we have not found any negatives about this little guy. He should be ready to go in a couple of weeks. He is about 5 years old and is in foster care in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Stay tuned!
Say hello to Stella! This poor girl was running down a country road. A kind person took pity on her and picked her up. Her owner was never found. Stella’s skin is not in good shape. She seems house trained, but is wondering what life holds for her. She does not know it, but it is going to get a whole lot better now that Russell Rescue, Inc. has her. This pretty girl is named Iris. She was found as a stray and taken in by a good Samaritan. She is now in a foster home and will be headed to the vet in a few days. What we know so far is that she absolutely loves to play and is still in the chewing stage. She is in foster care in the Seguin, Texas area and will be available for adoption in a couple of weeks. Here is the little guy that we call Hanky. Hanky is a sweet boy. He is about 2-3 years old. All he wants to do is please his person and be loved on. He’s had all of his vaccinations and is neutered. Russell Rescue is a network of volunteers dedicated to placing unwanted, displaced or abandoned Jack Russell Terriers into permanent homes. Dogs like Buffy and her puppies as well as Lily Pearl and Azula (pictured here). And so many others.
Your donations make it possible for us to take them into our rescue, and get them the critical vet care they need! They all receive some desperately needed TLC from their fosters, and eventually, everyone will be adopted into wonderful homes! Donations and committed foster homes are our biggest needs. Without both, we can’t succeed.
